100l / 200l / 300l / 400l / 500l Baine Marie Jacketed Still with 6" Copper Column

This is a stainless jacketed distiller with a 6 inch copper column sits on its dome, the 6 inch modualr column is capable of producing 6 gallons of 80-95abv alcohol per hour, you can remove the bubble plates to run it as a pot still or add a few sections to inrease the reflux efficiency, it's a perfect gear for distilling vodka, whiskey, rum, moonshine, gin, grappa. The boiler's volume is optional from 100lt to 500lt or even more, all the aspects of the still can be customized, such as using copper in the boiler, adding an agitator, and adding cip ball, thermocouples etc. The heating method is electricity but we can also make steam or gas heated.

Note: this is a turn-key system with all the needed components to run the still, the electric controller does not come with cords or plug because customers may have different wiring requirements. To get started with distilling you just need to prepare cords to wire the controller and elements and hook up the cooling hoses to the condensers.
