2" Tri Clamp Agitator 0.25kw 110v / 220v 1PH with Extension

The 2" tri clamp agitator delivers reliable mixing for distilling pots and tanks with a stainless steel 304 shaft designed for sanitary applications. Its shaft seal prevents steam leakage during heating, while the adjustable 1-100 RPM motor provides precise control. The compact 0.25kw motor operates on 110v or 220v single-phase power, and the included speed controller makes operation simple. An extension shaft lengthens the reach to 26 inches for deeper vessels. Rated for -0.05 to 0.1 MPa pressure with a 7.6-inch impeller diameter. For extended operation, maintain speeds above 50 RPM to ensure proper motor cooling. Custom extension lengths available upon request.

Important note: Please set the speed of the agitator to be higher than 50 RPM if you want to run it for an extended time say hours per run. The cooling fan on the motor runs slower when the motor runs at low speed and this may cause overheat and damage the motor.
