This versatile boiler is perfect for distilling a wide range of spirits, including vodka, gin, whiskey, grappa, rum, and bourbon, as well as fruit brandies made with plum or pear. The jacketed layer ensures even heating, with the heating elements heating the oil in the jacket, which in turn heats the wash inside the tank.
