The mash tun is equipped with a steam jacket and it's insulated. The removable false bottom made up of multiple perforated plates. Its lauter rake and knives ensure thorough stirring of all grains, and the side manway provides convenient access for removing grains after cooking is finished. The mash tun is suitable for both commercial distillery and brewery industries.
