The jacketed layer is filled with heating fluid (oil or water) that heats the wash without direct contact with the elements. The jacket layer has a rating of 0.05MPa and comes with all the components needed for a professional distillery, including a level meter, big 8 inch full glass access manway, PRV kit, and drain valve. With this versatile boiler, you can easily develop recipes and create all kinds of alcohol, from gin and vodka to rum and whiskey.
